Terms and Conditions by Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong:
1. The voucher is valid on the applicable day and time.
2. I declare that I am over 18 years old for any alcohol consumption, if applicable.
3. The voucher is applicable to Renaissance Lunar Tram, starting from 5:30 p.m. from Causeway Bay Terminus, around 1 hour.
4. Reservation is required to be made at least three day in advance and subject to Renaissance Lunar Tram’s availability. For enquiries, please call 2802 8888.
5. Customers must present the voucher in digital version to redeem the offer upon boarding.
6. This voucher is only applicable for one time use for the offer details indicated. No extension will be allowed.
7. No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation.
8. The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any forms.
9. The voucher cannot be used for promotional menus or items, or in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts, Club Marriott membership benefits, Marriott Bonvoy™ benefits or credit card discounts and vouchers.
10. Marriott Bonvoy™ members cannot earn points upon purchase or redemption of vouchers.
11. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of this voucher without prior notice.
12. In case of disputes, the decision of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
13. Your contact number will be shared with HK Tramways solely for communication purposes. Your information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
14. Outside food is not permitted on the Renaissance Lunar Tram.
15. Children below the age of 3 can ride for free if they are accompanied by an adult and do not take up a seat.
Terms and Conditions by HK Tramways:
1. In order to protect the safety of passengers, HK Tramways may temporarily change the arrival and departure time, adjust the service content or cancel the service due to road conditions and other factors without notice.
2. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
3. The tram will depart sharply, please arrive the terminus 15 minutes in advance. No late comers will be accepted to get onboard.
4. In case of late or no show, there will be no next tram or compensation arranged for the guest(s).
5. There will be no reserved seats, all seats are based on first-come-first-serve basis.
6. You shall board and alight from the tram by following the guidance of the staff.

Adverse Weather Arrangement of Renaissance Lunar Tram:
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
• Service will stop if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued or the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be issued within 2 hours before the departure.
Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
• Service will stop if Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the departure.
Restaurant Tram will be cancelled and refund will be offered if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Red or Black Rain Storm Warning Signal is issued within 2 hours before departure.
However, Restaurant Tram already in progress should continue except for situations which endanger passengers and warrant immediate termination of the Tour.
