Thank you for shopping at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong, by submitting your personal data, you are authorizing Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong as your supplier and its affiliates as the payment gateway processors; to use your data for the purpose of processing the payment transaction and, to retain your data for future reference of the transaction and hotel promotional communications. Remarks: Operating hours are subject to change corresponding to latest government regulations without prior notice.

Section A: eShop Items

The eShop promotion items are only available for purchase through Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong eShop. The prices on the eShop are in net price, inclusive of 10% service charge based on original price.
All eShop items purchased online are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash or any other products or services, and no cancellation will be honoured.
All eShop items purchased online cannot be used to purchase other products online, resold, or used as other commercial purposes without written consent of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong.
All eShop items purchased cannot be used for promotional activities without the consent of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong.
Hotel dining promotion vouchers and dining product e-vouchers must be redeemed and used at the respective venues (validity for each offer varies and detailed validity per venue is shown on the detail offer's Terms and Conditions).
All eShop vouchers must be redeemed and used at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong.
Blackout dates apply on hotel accommodations, restaurants dining and are subject to change without prior notice.
Advance reservation is required. For dining reservation, please indicate the use of this voucher and contact us at (852) 2802 8888 or rhi.hkghv.restaurants@renaissancehotels.com. For room reservation, please contact rhi.hkghv.reservation.office@renaissancehotels.com for enquiries.
Accommodation and dining reservations will not be extended once the reservation is made.
If you have any concerns regarding food allergies, please alert hotel associates when ordering at (852) 2802 8888 or rhi.hkghv.restaurants@renaissancehotels.com.
E-voucher with QR code must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
Marriott Bonvoy™ members cannot earn points upon voucher redemption for all food & beverage consumption.
All e-vouchers can only be used once and no change will be given in cash or any other form for the unutilized balance. Unutilized balance cannot be refunded, carried forward nor combined.
Any unredeemed e-voucher will not be valid after the expiration date printed on the confirmation email.
Alcoholic beverages will only be sold to guests who are aged 18 or above. A proof of identity to verify the age may be required.
In case of loss or damage, e-voucher will not be replaced nor its value refunded.
Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if hotel e-gift voucher is lost or stolen.
Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of the e-vouchers without prior notice.
All photos in the eShop are for reference only.
In case of disputes, the decision of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
The English version of the terms and conditions of the vouchers prevails if any discrepancy exists between the Chinese and English version.

Section B: Takeaway Items

Available for self-pick up takeaway order only.
Advance order is required and customers should quote the usage of designated vouchers at the time of reservations. Offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
Order will only be confirmed when staff from Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong has contacted guest by phone or email to confirm pickup information and other requests. For enquiries, please contact us at (852) 2802 8888.
Please consume the cake on pickup day for optimum taste. Carry the box horizontally, and keep the cake refrigerated at or below 4℃ to maintain quality and safety.
To ensure product safety, takeaway food should be consumed on the date of collection within 2 hours.

Please refer to the labelling on the package regarding the storage condition and best consumption date.
Changing your order, cancellation or refund is not allowed after confirmation.
